Do the Project#3 included on Page 22 of the Supplement. Do this 
project independently of any other students, though you may share the 
methods with other students. Feel free to modify the Matlab code called
project3.m (yes, this is correct even though this is Project#4 this
semester) available on the course web page to help do this project.
